Product descriptions, pictures, and availability are provided with intent of accuracy; however, MTNStore.com is not liable for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations. You may order using our online secure credit card processing, or you may order by phone or mail. All orders are prepaid and you must agree to have your order charged to your credit card in real time when you make a purchase using the MTNStore.com shopping cart. Orders will not process or ship until payment is received. Orders using ground services or table rate usually ship within 7 to 10 business days after the receipt of your order. Table rate and free shipping is our choice of shipping method. Expedited orders usually ship within 6 business days, and rush orders usually ship within 3 business days using the shipping method you choose. Processing normally takes 7 to 10 business days on special orders, purchase orders, large items and tickets. Larger items i.e., furniture, pro audio and large business machines may take up to an additional 10 business days to ship. You will be notified of any item that is back ordered or if there is a delay. POs are prepaid and must be accompanied by a company check, and the PO and check must arrive to MTNStore.com within 10 days of the order.

You may choose from any methods available by USPS, Federal Express and UPS. Tracking is available for USPS, Federal Express and UPS as well. Free shipping provided by MTNStore.com is either USPS, Federal Express or UPS. Free shipping is on ground services only and applies to orders in the continental U. S. Your order will be shipped via ground services unless you specify otherwise. Free shipping does not apply to all items, oversized items or furniture. Although we attempt to process expedited orders as soon as possible, expedited shipping does not necessarily speed up your shipping date. MTNStore.com expedited shipping means that when your order ships it will ship using the method you selected. Rush orders are handled on a per order basis. International customers will receive an email with shipping costs after an order is placed or may use available shipping methods at check out.
