| All orders are prepaid and you must agree to have your order charged to your credit card in real time when you make a purchase using the MTNStore.com shopping cart. We are proud to serve you with superior customer service. You are welcome to contact us with any concerns you may have. Orders will not process or ship until payment is received. Orders using ground services or table rate usually ship within 7 to 10 business days after the receipt of your order. Table rate and free shipping is our choice of shipping method. Expedited orders usually ship within 6 business days, and rush orders usually ship within 3 business days using the shipping method you choose. Processing normally takes 7 to 10 business days on special orders, purchase orders, large items and tickets. Larger items i.e., furniture, pro audio and large business machines may take up to an additional 10 business days to ship. You will be notified of any item that is back ordered or if there is a delay. POs are prepaid and must be accompanied by a company check, and the PO and check must arrive to MTNStore.com within 10 days of the order.
